Maternity Clothes Edmonton | Maternity Shops Edmonton
Have you been searching high-and-low for "maternity clothes Edmonton", without much luck?
I'm here to help!
You already have a lot on your plate with growing a little one (either in pregnancy, or after their arrival), so let me make this easier for you.
There are 3 main maternity shops in Edmonton, and I'll break them down by location!
#1. Yo Mama Maternity (West Edmonton)
This maternity shop is located on the West-side of Edmonton, just off of 170 street. They have everything from maternity dresses to every day wear.
#2. The Fourth (Central Edmonton)
If you are located in central Edmonton, this maternity shop is a great choice. They have everything from maternity wear to children's clothing, books, toys and more.
#3. Joyleta (East Edmonton)
This maternity shop is located just east of Edmonton, and offers comfortable maternity wear for every day, as well as supportive maternity activewear for pregnancy and breastfeeding, including nursing sports bras.
What are some maternity clothes in Edmonton you should invest in?
Once you've found a maternity shop in Edmonton, you'll need to know what maternity clothes to purchase!
Here is my list of top maternity clothes you'll need:
- Maternity Jeans/Pants: these are great for every day or work. You'll want to have a supportive pair of maternity pants that grow comfortably with you throughout pregnancy.
- Maternity tops/Nursing tops: as your baby grows, your belly (and boobs) will too! You'll need some maternity tops to grow with you and make you feel your best while you're doing the irreplaceable job of growing your little one. Bonus tip*: get maternity tops that also function as nursing tops (it will save you time, money and the headache of shopping in the long run!).
- Nursing bras: these are a must! I would even recommend getting one during pregnancy, as your ribs will expand and your bust-size will change. I highly recommend getting a nursing bra that's adjustable, so you can stay comfortable and supported up to, and after, 40 weeks!
- Maternity Leggings: how could we go through pregnancy without maternity leggings! These are a must. Make sure they are comfortable (not itchy) and stretchy enough to accommodate a growing baby bump.
Bonus tip! When looking for maternity tops and bras, save time (and money) by investing in those that function as both maternity & breastfeeding-friendly.
I hope this blog on maternity clothes Edmonton helped you! I wish you all the best in your pregnancy and motherhood journey :)
Sincerely,
Kelsey
